KMSP, Minneapolis - This weekend a monster storm made its way up the East coast of America and dropped some impressive snow amounts. The tallies continue to grow with some locations in Virginia already above 40 inches. The average snow for the Twin Cities in one winter season is 54". As the totals continue to come in I thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the biggest snowstorms of all time for New York City, Washington D.C. and the Twin Cities. We may brag about how easily we handle the snow but the totals from this weekend blizzard out East can rival some of our biggest metro snowstorms.
