A perceived love triangle between employees is believed to have led to the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man after the gunman’s wife told him she was leaving him, according to court documents. 

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office says one person was killed and another is in custody following a shooting Monday afternoon. 

Minnesota regulators knew four months ago that radioactive waste had leaked from a nuclear power plant in Monticello — but they didn’t announce anything about the leak until this week.
