St. Paul Police Officer Felicia Dee Reilly kept her promises, her son Matthew Reilly said at her funeral. He told the story of a boy Officer Reilly encountered who was carrying a boy trying to find good homes for his cat's kittens. He had one left, and was distraught he couldn't find a home for it. Officer Reilly promised she'd give a good home to the boy. The cat, named doughnut, lived with the Reilly family until he was 17, he died last Monday, not long after Officer Reilly's death.
