Brawl at illegal rodeo injures 5 in Lino Lakes

LINO LAKES, Minn. (KMSP) - Police in Lino Lakes, Minn. are investigating a brawl that injured 5 people at an illegal rodeo in a farm field off Main Street. The fight was reported at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday, April 16.

One man was arrested for assault, and the organizer of the gathering was also taken into custody. Investigators say a similar event happened on the property at least one other time in the past year.

The 5 people injured in the brawl were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
