What happens to Dairy Princess butter heads after the State Fair?

(KMSP) - At the state fair, the honor of getting your likeness carved out of a block of butter is reserved for Princess Kay of the Milky Way and the dairy princess finalists.

At the end, of the fair, each princess takes her 90-pound block home. But, what happens then? M.A. Rosko visits the home of Wright County's dairy princess while she is home from college to answer that question.
