Prior Lake High School and Savage Police are investigating after receiving several reports of a "serious and disturbing racist video" made by students.

The city of Savage, Minnesota is urging residents not to release unwanted fish into ponds, streams or lakes.

Update (Wednesday, 10:51 a.m.): The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the man found in the vehicle in Savage, Minnesota Tuesday as 26-year-old Keegan Oyugi, according to the Minnestrista Police Department. The crash remains under investigation.
