Shoreview teen with cancer hosts prom of his own

SHOREVIEW, Minn. (KMSP) - Saturday was a special day of fun and surprises for a local teen battling brain cancer.

Riding in a vintage Mustang ahead of his party, Shoreview teen Jeremy Kohlberg got a prom of his very own.

After enduring multiple surgeries to combat Ependymoma, a rare form of brain cancer, Jeremy’s mother said his prognosis is grim, and one of the things he wanted most was a prom-like party, limos and all.
