Orphaned duckling caught in traffic rescued by North Hudson police officer

A North Hudson, Wisconsin resident spotted an orphaned duckling waddling in and out of traffic on North End Road on Monday. North Hudson police helped get the duckling out of the road and brought it to the Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville, Minn.

“A special thanks to the Hudson Pet Hospital for assisting with locating a resource to assist this helpless young duck,” North Hudson police posted on Facebook.
