Gov. Dayton orders I-35W Bridge to glow blue for Jacob Wetterling
I-35W Bridge will glow blue for 11 days starting Thursday
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - Governor Mark Dayton has ordered the Interstate 35W Bridge to glow blue to honor Jacob Wetterling.
The bridge will glow blue for 11 days starting Thursday and will end the night of the memorial service for Jacob on Sunday September 25. The blue represents child abuse prevention.
The Wetterling family and the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center have asked Minnesotans honor Jacob’s memory through the number 11.
