Boys & Girls Club to remain open in event of teacher strike

If St. Paul public school teachers go on strike Tuesday, the Boys & Girls Club of the Twin Cities announced that they will be open to offer support to local families.

Until the strike ends, the Boys & Girls Club will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to children, as well as academic programming.

For families who aren’t members, the $5 yearly membership fee will be waved during the strike.

The organization suggested securing space sooner rather than later since they will have limited space and staff available.
