Our coldest night this season
Minneapolis, KMSP - On Saturday morning, December 19, residents of the Twin Cities, and all of Minnesota, woke up to some of the coldest temperatures of the season. In the metro the official low was 8° at MSP International. The last time the Twin Cities saw single digits was back on March 6th, when the mercury dipped to 7°. Last year, our first trip to the single digits was also 8°, back on November 14, 2014, almost five weeks earlier than this year. Hello El Nino, welcome to Minnesota.
