'High Wheels!' chronicles Minneapolis' love of cycling

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Back in the 1880s, those awkward-looking "high wheel" bicycles were taking over the streets of Minneapolis. So began the city’s love affair with cycling, which continues to this day.
