The group is calling for "real, enforceable consequences" for any Minneapolis police officer who cooperates with ICE. Robin Wonsley, a Minneapolis City Council member, said they want to hold officers accruable to protect our immigrant neighbors. Jason Chavez, a Minneapolis City Council member, and Elliott Payne, Minneapolis City Council president, also spoke at the press conference.
