Twin Cities Halloween weather facts

Halloween 2015 will not be as scary as in years past. In fact, a nearly full moon and slightly above average temperatures will put more treats than tricks n the last day of October this year. In the past, Halloween has logged some frightening weather statistics. The Halloween Blizzard began on October 31, 1991 and the flakes did not stop until November 3. When it was all said and done, the "Halloween Blizzard" set the all time record for the most snow in 24 hours with 21" ,and the biggest single snowstorm with 28.4" of total accumulation.
