10 people arrested after Mall of America food court fights

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - Approximately 10 people were arrested by Bloomington police and Mall of America security following several fights near the south food court Monday afternoon and evening.
Bloomington police said there were several “disturbances” that led to the arrests. Police aren’t sure if all the fights were related. The large groups that were involved were all removed from the mall. Those who weren’t arrested were escorted out of the mall.
There were no significant injuries reported and no reports of property damage.
The ages of the people involved in the fights are unknown.
