Thursday is fairly bright and steamy with highs in the upper 80s. Rain chances return for some Thursday afternoon before becoming more widespread overnight.

A storm that brought a confirmed EF3 tornado through Wisconsin on Monday was captured in dashcam footage and shared with FOX 9 courtesy of viewer Autumn W. – an insurance agent in Appleton who was running errands during her lunch break when she happened to be stuck in the middle of the storm.

80 people, mostly children, were inside the Congregational United Church of Christ when Monday's tornado hit near the towns of Menasha and Neenah in Eastern Wisconsin. Alanna Smith and Tiffany Sultz talk with Rob Olson about what is was like during those harrowing moments.

Crews are starting to assess the storm damage in Appleton and Menasha, where several homes have been destroyed. The National Weather Service has given the tornado a preliminary EF-2 rating. Several Wisconsin cities remain under states of emergency after a tornado destroyed homes and businesses, downed trees and power lines, and left thousands without power. Some residents have been told to shelter in place as crews assess the damage. FOX 9's Chenue Her reports.
