New creperie brings French flavors to France Avenue

Oh Cr?pe opened over the summer at 44th and France Avenue in Minneapolis, the former location of the first Caribou Coffee. Owner Claire Corvaisier grew up in Brittany, France, the region where crepes originated. The creperie uses traditional recipes for sweet and savory crepes, plus a 25-layer crepe cake sold by the slice. Oh Cr?pe is open Wednesday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
