Crash on I-94 ramp in Minneapolis kills 2, injures 1
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash Sunday night on the 4th Street ramp of I-94 in Minneapolis that killed two people.
A State Patrol spokesperson said a Chevy Blazer traveling southbound on I-94 went off the road way on the exit ramp for 4th street and crashed into a bridge abutment.
The driver, Antwanika Quatanae Myles, 22, and one of the passengers, Tyrone Derese Watkins, 20, both of Anoka, died in the crash. A second passenger, a 39-year-old Minneapolis woman, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
