Roads in the Twin Cities are partially covered, while roads in western and northeastern Minnesota are completely covered in snow and/or ice. The snow is expected to wrap up between 7-9 a.m. on Wednesday, but tough travel conditions could persist. Highs will be in the 20s across much of the state.
