At the same time, he?s prepping for a big week of food-centered holidays, from Galentine?s Day and Fat Tuesday to Valentine?s Day and the start of Lent. The restaurant has a lot of special menus planned to handle all the occasions. There are two Smack Shack locations in the Twin Cities, one in Bloomington and the other in the North Loop.
