Cameras in daycares: MN bills aim to protect kids

Daycares may soon be required to record everything children are doing and keep the video for at least 60 days. That is part of a package of four new bills aimed at protecting babies and toddlers at childcare centers. Those bills are prompted in large part by the child abuse case uncovered in Blaine, where one of the alleged victims in the criminal case is the daughter of republican Nolan West (R-Blaine). West joined the FOX 9 Morning News to discuss the bills and how he is working to make sure what happened to his daughter doesn?t happen to others.
