A class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of the Minnesota ACLU alleges constitutional rights have been violated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other federal agents during immigration enforcement throughout the state.

A family was caught in clashes between protesters and law enforcement during protests in north Minneapolis, leading to six children, including a 6-month-old baby, being hospitalized.

The City of Minneapolis said it is "aware of reports of a shooting involving federal law enforcement in north Minneapolis." Sources told FOX 9 the shooting happened in the 600 block of 24th Avenue North in Minneapolis. The call was reported at about 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Minnesota lawmakers and farm leaders are concerned about the economic impact as ICE targets immigration operations towards rural Minnesota and farms. FOX 9's Corin Hoggard has more.

Minnesota farmers are raising concerns about the economic fallout from increased ICE operations in their communities. ICE recently detained a worker in Willmar, Minnesota, who was leaving a shift at Jennie-O. There have also been operations around dairy farms. Farmers are worried about the impact on their workforce.

Hundreds of students in St. Paul schools walked out of class Wednesday and marched to the State Capitol to rally against ICE after the Jan. 7 shooting of Renee Good in south Minneapolis.
