Mother's Day weekend is looking beautiful across the board. Jennifer McDermed has the full forecast.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Mother's Day weekend is off to a beautiful start. 

Temperatures on Saturday are expected to warm up into the mid-70s with a light northwest wind. 

A few clouds may build in overnight into Sunday morning, which could interfere with viewing the Northern Lights. 

The forecast shows temperatures will continue to climb into Mother's Day with highs projected to be in the low-80s and plenty of sunshine.
