Woman found dead in Minneapolis, police investigating

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Police are investigating after a woman was found dead Monday morning in Minneapolis.

According to police, just before 8 a.m. Monday, authorities responded to an apartment on the 800 block of 13th Avenue SE on a 911 report of an overdose.  

When officers arrived, they found a young woman deceased. No one else was in the apartment.  

Officers noted that evidence at the scene did not match the information that the 911 caller had reported.
