ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - The suspect in a Christmas Day homicide in Hibbing, Minnesota is now in custody, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Friday afternoon, BCA agents and St. Paul police took Jerome Spann into custody at a home on Sycamore Street East in St. Paul.
Spann was wanted in connection to a fatal shooting, which killed one and injured another. He left the area and officials believed he went to St. Paul, where he has relatives.
Police booked Spann into Ramsey County Jail on suspicion of murder and other pending charges.
The case is still under investigation.
