Puppies that visited FOX 9 for National Puppy Day find forever homes

(FOX 9) - FOX 9 got a visit from two litters of adorable, adoptable puppies for National Puppy Day last weekend--and it didn't take long for those puppies to find their forever homes. 

The puppies were featured on the FOX 9 morning show on Friday and Saturday. The Animal Humane Society said all the puppies were adopted by the end of the weekend. 

AHS said most puppies' stay at the shelter is usually short-lived. From the time they arrive at the shelter, it only takes two to three days on average before they are adopted. For older dogs, adoption can take a little longer.
