Police investigating shots fired in St. Paul

ST. PAUL (KMSP) - One person was hospitalized on Saturday in a shooting in St. Paul.

At the intersection of University Avenue West and Rice Street, near the State Capitol, police responded to shots fired around 3 p.m.

According to St. Paul Police, one person was injured and hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made, and police have not released whether or not the injured person had been shot.
