Capitol Hill school employee accused of 'inappropriate communications' with student

St. Paul Police are investigating a report of a Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet School employee having "inappropriate communications and actions" involving a student.

On Monday, Principal Patrick Bryan notified parents of the investigation via email.

According to the letter, the school officials learned about the alleged incident on April 25 and the employee was placed on leave the next day.

Due to employee privacy concerns, St. Paul Public Schools can not release the name of the employee.

The case is still under investigation.
