(KMSP) - Much of Minnesota - including the Twin Cities metro area - and parts of Wisconsin are experiencing severe storms Monday evening, reporting winds reaching up to 70 mph.
The main threats include damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain.
Viewers reported power outages in St. Peter and Stillwater, as well as damage in Red Wing and East Bethel.
Anyone with outdoor plans Monday afternoon and evening is advised to have a way to receive watches and warnings and to take shelter if a thunderstorm approaches.
