Local players look to earn a spot on the Vikings roster

(KMSP) - Lots of local talent will get their shot in purple at the Vikings rookie minicamp Friday.

Among the lucky players who received invites are Gopher running back Kobe McCrary and Duluth Bulldog linebacker Zach Bassuener.  

The Vikings have a history of being open to talented undrafted players—something that goes a long way.
