Young passenger dies after car hits tree in Eagan, Minn.

EAGAN, Minn. (KMSP) - A young woman has died after a crash Monday evening in Eagan, Minnesota.
According to state patrol, shortly after 8 p.m. Monday a Volkswagon Routan went off the road and struck a tree near the ramp from westbound Highway to southbound Highway 77.
The driver, a 30-year-old man from Savage, suffered non-life threatening injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
The passenger, 26-year-old Isabelle Marie Nappi of Rosemount died in the crash, She was not wearing a seat belt.
