WOODBURY, Minn. (KMSP) - Woodbury Police's new K-9 cadet Cirrus is quickly making more friends after a video of him reacting to whistles went viral.
By Sunday night, the video had been viewed more than two million times.
Cirrus is a 10-week-old Belgian Malinois.
