Twin Cities man's body found on beach near Grand Marais, Minn.
GRAND MARAIS, Minn. (KMSP) - The body of a 36-year-old Twin Cities man was found on a beach along Lake Superior near Grand Marais, Minnesota early Wednesday morning.
A woman walking on the beach near mile marker 123 off Highway 61 discovered the body and reported it to local authorities, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office. The man's vehicle was parked near where his body was found.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family.
The death remains under investigation.
