A 16-year-old boy is charged in connection with the fatal shooting last month outside a party bus in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. He is the third juvenile to be charged in connection with the case.

The St. Paul teen is charged with first degree riot and second degree assault in connection with the March 24 fatal shooting of 19-year-old Bill Ray Nobles. The 16-year-old was shot in the ankle during the incident.

Previously, a 17-year-old boy and another 16-year-old boy were charged with the same crimes. The 17-year-old has yet to be located and arrested.

Authorities are still trying to identify who fired the fatal shot, so the 16-year-old could face additional charges.
