ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - The St. Paul Saints have built a "super slide" for the Super Bowl.
The Securian St. Paul Super Slide is the latest big winter attraction designed to impress visitors to the "Bold North" during the Super Bowl. It will be open from Jan. 25-Feb. 10.
The two-story slide sends riders 40 feet down in an inner tube over the seating bowl and onto the infield of CHS Field, home of the St. Paul Saints baseball team. The slide is open to 100 riders an hour and riders will select a specific day and hour when purchasing their ticket.
Tickets for the slide are $10 for adults and $5 for children and are good for unlimited rides during the one-hour time slot. The slide is open Tuesday-Sunday.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. They can be purchased at stpaulsuperslide.com, in person at the CHS Field box office or by calling 651-644-6659.
