St. Paul police searching for suspected flasher

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man suspected of indecent exposure in St. Paul.

According to police, the man exposed himself in several incidents in the 1200 block of Blair Avenue and the 800 block of Carroll Avenue.

He is described as having an athletic build, ranging from 20 to 30 years old.
