SNOW TOTALS: Minnesota welcomes first snow of December
(KMSP) - Saturday brought several inches of snow to much of Minnesota.
Southern Minnesota saw an average of about 4-8 inches of snow. Meanwhile, the Twin Cities metro saw about 2-4 inches of snow, prompting several cities to declare Snow Emergencies.
