Professional snowmobilers flip and fly over Nicollet Mall

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A snowmobile stunt show took over Nicollet Mall Saturday afternoon. 

Minnesota native Levi LaVallee, a professional snowmobiler, performed in the Polaris’ UpsideDowntown stunt show with three other athletes performing a variety of jumps and stunts between two massive ramps. 

LaVallee performed his signature jump shooting nearly 100 feet into the air to backflip on his snowmobile. 

LaVallee holds the world record for snowmobile distance jump and is a seven-time gold medalist at the ESPN Winter X Games.
