Police: Woman found burned along Duluth highway set herself on fire

The woman found severely burned on the side of the highway in Duluth, Minnesota near a local college's fire training facility set herself on fire, police say. 

Duluth Police found Jacyln Arnold, 24, on Highway 23 just before 2 p.m. last Thursday. She was found near the Lake Superior College Fire Training Center, but there is no connection between the college and Arnold. 

After investigating the incident, Duluth Police concluded Arnold's injuries were self-inflicted. 

She is in critical condition with life-threatening burns at a Minneapolis hospital.
