Woman found on fire along Duluth, Minnesota highway

Police in Duluth, Minnesota are looking for witnesses who may have been on Highway 23 on the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 19, where a woman was found on fire. The woman has been identified as 24-year-old Jaclyn Arnold of Duluth. She is currently in critical condition with life-threatening burns at a Minneapolis hospital.

Just before 2 p.m. Thursday, Duluth police responded to a call of a woman on fire at 11501 Highway 23. The scene of the incident is near the Lake Superior College Fire Training Center, but police have confirmed there is no connection between LSC and the woman.
