Police respond to Tuesday night armed robbery in Kandiyohi
KANDIYOHI, Minn. (KMSP) - The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed robbery in the city of Kandiyohi late Tuesday night.
The sheriff’s office responded to the call around 10:20 p.m. for a robbery in progress in the 200 block of Fifth Street South.
Upon arrival, officers learned three individuals–one armed with a handgun–entered the residence uninvited and left before law enforcement arrived on scene. The robbers took some property, but no one was injured, according to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.
One of the residents of the Kandiyohi home was familiar with one of the suspects.
The sheriff's office is currently investigating the incident.
