Police in Crystal, Minn. escort scooter-riding Santa through town

CRYSTAL, Minn. (KMSP) - It's going to be hard to top yesterday's penguin being arrested photo - but we're going to try. Our officers were involved in a low speed pursuit through Crystal at approximately 1000 hours on 12/05/15. Thankfully, they were able to keep him boxed in, and guided him safely into the Community Center parking lot. Oddly, it appeared as if people were cheering his arrival - but we're going to pretend it was for us. Happy Holidays Crystal
