Naked man carrying hatchet gives Chanhassen jogger a fright

CHANHASSEN, Minn. (KMSP) - One woman in Chanhassen got a surprise on her morning jog Tuesday when she saw a naked man carrying a hatchet, according to a release.
The victim listed the subject at more than 300 pounds, later seeing the man again in the area wearing black gym shorts and a grey T-shirt. Police describe him as a white man in his 50s with salt and pepper hair.
The nearby Minnesota Landscape Arboretum was under lockdown for a period of time while police searched the area for the suspect, though he was never found. The arboretum reopened around 12:30 p.m. with no further sightings of the man.
The incident remains under investigation.
