The movies are coming back to the Mall of America with a fresh twist.

CMX Cinemas is opening its brand new CMX Market Cinema at MOA on Friday, May 4.

Instead of the traditional concession stand, guests will get to choose their movie munchies at a self-serve market area, featuring options such as a in-house pizza station, made-to-order burgers and shakes and a to-go deli.

Popcorn lovers can indulge themselves at the Popcorn Lab, which will offer a variety of gourmet, fresh-popped, hot popcorn.

Those over 21 can also enjoy a bar for wine, spirits and beer.

The 13-screen movie theatre holds 872 reclining seats and also has three auditoriums capable for Real D 3D films.

Ticket admission ranges from $5 to $14, with $8 special pricing for senior citizens, military veterans and children. On "Terrific Tuesdays" admission will be $5 all day.
