Motorcyclist dead after crash on Hwy. 212 exit in Eden Prairie, Minn.
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (KMSP) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal accident involving a motorcycle on the exit of Highway 212 in Eden Prairie, Minn. on Sunday.
Around 7:30 p.m., a Honda motorcycle was exiting from west Highway 212 onto Valley View Road and jumped the median into oncoming traffic striking a white Lincoln Continental. The motorcycle then also hit a black Cadillac.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he or she was pronounced dead. The condition of the other motorists involved has yet to be released.
It's unknown at this time whether or not alcohol was a factor. Police are still investigating. Names and details will be released when made available.
