More than 100 metro crashes after freezing drizzle

A freezing drizzle Wednesday morning made roads slick for drivers during their early commutes. 

Minnesota State Patrol responded to 114 crashes in the Twin Cities metro area from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Of those crashes, seven ended with injuries. There were also 36 reports of vehicles going off the road or spinning out.

Another tough commute could be ahead for drivers. Fog is expected in the metro area Thursday morning.
