MISSING: 17-year-old last seen Monday in Grand Rapids

ITASCA COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - The Itasca County sheriff's office is asking for help finding a missing teen who was last seen around noon Monday.
17-year-old Bali Mariah Frazer is 5'3'', 120 lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair.
She left a meeting in Grand Rapids around 12:15 p.m. and has not been seen or heard from since.
