Metro Mobility bus collides with truck in Prior Lake, 1 injured
PRIOR LAKE, Minn. (KMSP) - One passenger was taken to the hospital after Metro Mobility bus collided with a truck in Prior Lake, Minnesota Thursday morning.
The crash took place at 8:16 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 42 and Boone Avenue on the border of Prior Lake and Savage. A truck was taking a left onto County Road 42, when it collided with a Metro Mobility bus carrying two passengers, according to Lt. John Stanger with the Prior Lake Police Department. The bus did not have a stop sign.
A woman on the Metro Mobility bus was injured in the crash. She was taken to the hospital, but the extent of her injuries is unknown.
The driver of the truck was cited in the crash.
