Man shot in the face early Saturday in St. Paul, Minn.

A man suffered a gunshot wound to the face early Saturday morning in St. Paul, Minnesota.

According to the St. Paul police, officers responded to shots fired around 4:30 a.m. at the 700 block of Concordia Avenue. When they arrived, officers found several bullet casings on the ground and discovered cars hit by bullets.

A short time later, a man arrived at Regions Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the face.

Police say no one has been arrested yet.
