Man found fatally shot in deer stand

CARLTON COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - The Carlton's County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 73-year-old man, who was found dead in his deer stand from a gunshot wound.
According to the press release, dispatch received a 911 call at 10:18 a.m. when the man was found in Red Clover Township.
Officials say the man had been out deer hunting.
The victim is from Cloquet, Minn., but his name has not yet been released.
